Music Exchange Listening Room-”Open Mic”

Fee: no fee, donations requested
Date: May 28. Recurring every two weeks on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month.

This new open mic provides performers a venue where their music will be heard, and provides those attending the ability to hear every note and lyric without being distracted by loud conversation.

Original compositions are encouraged, and we welcome musicians from all genres, including classical, jazz, and folk.

Solo and duo performances are welcome, with a maximum of three performers per act. With each two song act the audience can expect something new and different every 10-15 minutes.

Comfortable seating, soft lighting, and wonderful art on display with make this a truly enjoyable evening. Teas, soft drinks, coffee and snacks will be available (no alcohol on premises). Performers may sign up at the venue starting at 7:30 pm.

The cancellation policy is a full refund if we cancel. If the attendee cancels they would get a full refund if cancelled 7 days before the program. There is a 20% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 7 days to the program start date. 

Attendees should send an email to if they wish to cancel out of a program.

Tune in to learn more about these interesting accomplished women and their lives. The will share about the challenges, experiences, and all that inspires them to live in their community every day as citizens, mothers, and leaders.
