Irina Sigalovsky’s paintings center on the interplay between human consciousness and subconsciousness. Her work reflects her efforts to visualize the invisible of the human psyche.
Irina’s multi-disciplinary formal training in neuroscience of the human brain and the development of creative imagination have greatly contributed to her experiences as an artist.
Her work also evinces a life-long interest in eastern philosophies and indigenous cultures and Irina credits her multi-cultural background and extensive traveling around the world with opening her mind to new possibilities and experiences.
Irina has always been passionate about art but has begun to pursue painting seriously only in 2014. After completing a series of workshops in different media and styles of painting over the years, she is developing her own artistic personality, narrative and color palette.
